I haven`t exhausted my salary yet. That`s what`s going to happen in the new year, where I`m going to make close to $110,000. This does not include all benefits paid by the employer, and by then we will have another collective agreement that will increase this maximum compensation in stages (and therefore my maximum salary). Here is my situation, I started with AHS in 2010. My entry salary was 36.xx/hour. For an annual salary of about $73,000. 4 years later, my salary is $46/hour for a salary of $93,000. In 4 years, my salary has increased by $20,000 because of the level increases and annual increases! I received two annual increases, one on my birthday and the other on April 1. Personally, I love it, but as a taxpayer, I realize it`s a bit ridiculous. I don`t live in Calgary anymore, but in the 6 years I`ve been there, I`ve tripled/quadrupled my entry-level salary.
